From early concepts following the initial brief, we work closely with our clients to refine and detail the design along the design process. It is important to us that the layout of the design is functional and ‘works’ to meet their specific needs. We use modelling tools to provide our clients with better spatial understanding as well as a good idea of how the design will look in real life. It is also important to us that our clients get value and can achieve their goals within the budget frames. We liaise with builders at an early stage to ensure this and our knowledge of engineering and regulatory requirements is ’employed/engaged’ at an early stage parallel to the architectural design process.
